This is generally what we look for:
-entitled or likely to be entitled for residential or mixed use development
-20 or more acres for residential subdivisions (40-1000+ units)
-15 or more acres for multi-family projects (200+ units)
-available or nearby utilities
-favorable school assignments
-good access to major roads and commercial services
-growth areas

In order to present an opportunity to us, please provide:
-property location and parcel ID number(s)
-general shape of the site and dimensions
-total acreage
-current owner
-topography and aerial maps if available
-asking price and terms of sale
