GRACE Capital Corp, LLC (GCC) arranges debt and equity financing for residential and commercial real estate developers.  GRACE Capital typically enters into an engagement contract with the developer that compensates GRACE at closing for successfully raising the required funds. This "success" fee varies by the size of the transaction and how much work we're doing for the developer. GCC is currently under contract to place capital in excess of $100 million.
